摘 要:加快发展现代职业教育的重大举措就是实施高职百万扩招计划,这对高职院校而言既是机遇,也是挑战。高职院校当前最紧要的任务就是要盘清家底,明晰扩招学生的基本来源和能力素质,制定行之有效的对策来提升办学质量和办学效益。文章以汉中职业技术学院2019级、2020级学生为调查样本,针对教育、经管、农林、医药、土建、汽车机电6个专业大类扩招后的学生基本学情,剖析了扩招面临的生源结构复杂、学生学习状况参差不齐、教学考核标难以统一等问题。提出了制定切合现实需求的人才培养方案,采取灵活多样的教学模式和学习形式,推进职业教育多元化的考核评价手段等解决对策。An important measure to accelerate the development of modern vocational education is to implement the plan of increasing the enrollment of millions of vocational colleges,which is both an opportunity and a challenge for vocational colleges.At present,the most urgent task of higher vocational colleges is to clear up the family background,clarify the basic source and ability quality of students for enrollment expansion,and formulate effective countermeasures to improve the quality and benefit of running schools.This paper takes the students of 2019 and 2020 in Hanzhong Vocational and Technical College as the investigation sample,aiming at the basic learning situation of the students after the enrollment expansion of six major categories,such as education,economics and management,agriculture and forestry,medicine,civil engineering,automobile and mechanical and electrical engineering,analyzes the problems faced by the enrollment expansion,such as the complex student source structure,the uneven learning status of students,and the difficulty in unified teaching assessment standards.It also puts forward some countermeasures,such as making talent training programs to meet the practical needs,adopting flexible and diversified teaching modes and learning forms,and promoting diversified examination and evaluation means of vocational education.
