医教协同背景下中医硕士专业学位研究生临床实践能力培养现状及对策浅析——以广西中医药大学为例

摘　　要：研究生教育肩负着高层次人才培养和创新创造的重要使命,是国家发展、社会进步的重要基石。中医学作为医学类高等教育改革的三大主体之一,完善中医住院医师规范化培训的实施及寻找合适的中医硕士专业学位研究生临床能力的培养模式显得愈发重要。文章结合中医硕士专业学位研究生的培养现状,分析广西中医药大学在中医硕士专业学位研究生临床能力培养过程中存在的主要问题,以及为提高中医硕士专业学位研究生临床实践能力所采取的一系列改革措施,提出未来的应对策略,旨在进一步提升中医硕士专业学位研究生的临床实践能力,提高培养质量,为探寻适合中医特色的人才培养制度、促进中医硕士专业学位研究生培养与规培并轨的有效衔接提供改革思路。Postgraduate education shoulders the important mission ofhigh-level personnel training and innovation,is an important cornerstone of national development and social progress.Traditional Chinese medicine is one of the three main bodies of medical higher education reform.It is increasingly important to improve the implementation of standardized training for residents of traditional Chinese medicine and to find a suitable training mode for clinical ability of postgraduates with professional master degree of traditional Chinese medicine.Combined with the current situation of the cultivation of master degree of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the process of clinical ability cultivation of master degree of traditional Chinese medicine in Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to a series of reform measures taken in recent years to improve the clinical practice ability of master degree of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper puts forward some future countermeasures,aiming at further improving the clinical ability of master degree of traditional Chinese medicine,improve the quality of training,and provide reform ideas for exploring the talent training system suitable for the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and promoting the effective connection between the training of postgraduates with master’s degree in traditional Chinese medicine and the standardized training.
