摘  要:空气含油量是空压机运行的一项重要指标参数,但随着空压机的长期运行,除油性能开始下降,气体含油量超标成为了一种普遍问题。为了准确找出压缩空气含油量超标的原因,以油气分离器、初级过滤器、精密过滤器、活性氧化铝干燥剂为出发点进行分析。结果表明:滤芯的自身质量、排气温度和活性氧化铝干燥剂对空气中的含油量影响较大,当选取质量好的滤芯和排气温度较低时,气体的含油量会降低;同时,当活性氧化铝干燥剂的吸附能力强时,能除尽空气中的水分,这样空气含油量对用气设备的影响也会减小。Oil content of air is an important parameter for the operation of air compressor,but with the long operation of the air compressor,the oil removal performance began to decline,and oil content of gas has become a common problem.In order to find out the cause of the excessive oil content in the compressed air,the paper analyzed from the points of the oil-gas separator,the primary filter,the precision filter and the activated alumina desiccant.The results show that the quality of the filter element,the exhaust temperature and the activated alumina have a great influence on the oil content in the air,and the oil content in the gas will decrease when the filter element with good quality is selected and the exhaust temperature is low,also when the adsorption capacity of activated alumina desiccant is strong,it can remove the moisture in the air,so that the oil content of the air on the impact of gas equipment will be reduced.
