摘　　要：目的:探讨钙结合蛋白S100P在非肌层浸润性膀胱癌(NMIBC)组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:收集42例NMIBC患者的膀胱癌组织(NMIBC组)和16例膀胱囊肿患者的膀胱非癌组织(对照组),Western Blot检测两组组织中S100P的表达。将NMIBC患者分为S100P(+)组和S100P(-)组,比较两组患者临床特征、术后恢复情况及无复发生存率的差异。结果:NMIBC患者癌组织中S100P蛋白表达明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。S100P(+)组和S100P(-)组患者的肿瘤分期和肿瘤分级比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);S100P(+)组患者术后并发症发生率和住院时间均明显高于S100P(-)组(P<0.05),3年无复发生存率明显低于S100P(-)组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:NMIBC患者存在S100P高表达,且其阳性表达可能与NMIBC的发生、发展及预后有关。Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of calcium-binding protein S100P in non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer(NMIBC).Methods:Bladder cancer tissue in 42 patients with NMIBC(NMIBC group)and bladder non-cancer tissue in 16 patients with bladder cysts(control group)were collected.Western blot was used to detect the expression of S100P in two groups of tissues.Then the patients with NMIBC were divided into S100P(+)group and S100P(-)group.The difference of clinical features,postoperative recovery and recurrence free survival were compared.Results:The expression of S100P protein in cancer tissues of patients with NMIBC was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in tumor stage and tumor grade between the S100P(+)group and the S100P(-)group(P<0.05).The incidence and duration of postoperative complications were significantly higher in the S100P(+)group than in the S100P(-)group(P<0.05).Recurrence free survival was significantly lower in 3 years than in the s100p(-)group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with NMIBC had high S100P expression and its positive expression might be related to the occurrence,development and prognosis of NMIBC.
