摘　　要：药物晶型决定药物的安全性、临床有效性和质量可控性,已经成为国内外药学研究领域的热点问题。在药物晶型研究过程中,采用高效的晶型制备方法以获得理想的药物晶型,是药物研发的重要内容;采取适宜的晶型检测方法对晶型药物进行准确的检测评价,对于保证药物制剂质量至关重要;药物的多晶型在限制了药物在临床上的应用的同时,也使药物在临床上的应用更具有选择性。本文针对药物多晶型的制备方法、评价方法及其在临床上的应用进行综述,为药物晶型的研发提供参考。Drug crystal determines the safety,clinical effectiveness and quality control of drugs,which has become a hot issue in the field of pharmaceutical research at home and abroad.In the research process of drug crystal form,the use of efficient crystal form preparation Methods to obtain the ideal drug crystal form is an important part of drug research and development.It is very important to take appropriate crystal form detection method to accurately detect and evaluate crystal form drug to ensure the quality of drug preparation.Although the polymorphism of the drug restricts the clinical application of the drug,it also makes the clinical application of the drug more selective.In this paper,the preparation methods,evaluation Methods and clinical application of drug polymorphic forms were reviewed,which can provide reference for the research and development of drug polymorphic forms.
