摘　　要：从技术建构论的角度看,光纤技术创新并不是一个单纯的实验室行为,而是一种特定的社会活动过程。事实上,任何技术都处于其所属的行动者网络中,都需要获得其它行动者的认可,光纤技术也不例外。而将其介绍和推广给其它行动者的过程本身就是一个翻译的过程。在这个过程中,高锟以其突出的创新能力和坚忍不拔的个人品质成为了光纤技术创新的有力的翻译代言人。在他的带领下,光纤技术经由材料透明度的问题化,获得军方和政府支持的利害关系化,以及招募和动员需求技术的盟友等必经之点走向了现实移置,达成了理论和技术上的实质突破,获得了广泛承认,成为了创新技术翻译的成功范例。From the perspective of technical construction theory,optical fiber technology innovation is not a pure laboratory behavior,but a specific social activity process.In fact,any technology is in its actor network,and needs to be recognized by other actors.Fiber technology is no exception.The process of introducing and promoting to other actors is a process of translation.In this process,C.K.Kao has become a powerful translation spokesperson for fiber optic technology innovation with its outstanding innovation ability and persevering personal quality.Under his leadership,fiber optic technology has become a reality through the problem of material transparency,the stakes of military and government support,and the ally of recruiting and mobilizing demand technology.The theory and technology have been reached.The substantial breakthrough in the field has been widely recognized and has become a successful example of innovative technology translation.
