摘　　要：慢性肾脏病本虚标实,病情复杂,赵玉庸教授总结多年临床经验,运用络病理论,提出慢性肾脏病“肾络瘀阻”病机学说,以益气活血通络为法,创立“肾络通”方剂,取得很好临床疗效。文章从理论探讨、方药确立、临床应用及机制研究等角度进行阐述。The chronic kidney disease(CKD)has a deficiency in its origin and a complex condition in its symptoms.Prof.Zhao Yuyong summarized years of clinical experience and applied the theory of collateral disease to propose the pathological mechanism of chronic kidney disease“kidney collateral stagnation”,and created the formula“Shenluotong”with the method of benefiting qi,activating blood and opening collateral,which has achieved very good clinical efficacy.The article discusses the theory,establishes the formula,and establishes the medicine.The article elaborates from the perspectives of theoretical discussion,prescription establishment,clinical application and mechanism research.
