摘 要:随着农机合作社对农机的拥有数量不断增加,对农机作业管理、机组监测提出新的要求。本文提出一种新的基于二维码的农机机组作业监测的方法,开发一款基于Android平台的农机助手APP。设计对比试验,验证手机定位精度能够满足农机作业轨迹监测的需求;设计五种作业面积计算方法,通过设计对比试验认为,最大作业垂直里程×往返次数×机具幅宽的计算方法作业面积误差更小,为0.44%,较适合在后台作业面积统计模块中推广应用。农机助手APP可以实现对农机机组作业监测的精准管理,一定程度上可以取代农机GNSS的终端。With the increasing number of agricultural machinery in agricultural machinery cooperatives,new requirements are put forward for agricultural machinery operation management and unit monitoring.This paper proposes a new method for monitoring the operation of agricultural machinery fleet based on QR(Quick Response)codes,and develops an agricultural machinery assistant application based on the Android platform.A comparative test was designed to verify that the positioning accuracy of mobile phones can meet the requirements of agricultural machinery operation track monitoring.Five calculation methods of working area were designed.According to the design comparison test,the calculation method of“the maximum working vertical mileage×round trip times×implement width”was smaller,having 0.44%.Similarly,the working area error was smaller and was closest to the actual working area,which was more suitable for the operation area statistics module.The agricultural machinery assistant APP can realize the monitoring of the agricultural machinery unit operation,and the precise management of the system can replace the GNSS terminal of agricultural machinery to a certain extent.
