帕金森病合并抑郁症的研究进展

摘　　要：帕金森病(PD)是常见的神经系统退行性疾病之一,其临床表现包括运动症状和非运动症状。抑郁症是PD患者最常见的非运动症状。抑郁症可增加PD患者的残疾率,降低PD患者的生活质量,加重照护者负担。目前,PD伴抑郁的诊治率仍较低。本文纳入30余项国内外近年关于PD伴抑郁的研究,发现PD伴抑郁具有复杂的病理生理机制,在治疗方面,标准抗抑郁药物及非药物治疗均有一定效果,但各种治疗均存在一定不良反应,个体化治疗方案制定,是目前需要研究的方向。本文将在现有研究基础上,对帕金森病合并抑郁的发病因素、发病机制、治疗方式等方面进行综述,以期为帕金森病合并抑郁的预防及治疗方式的选择提供辅证。Parkinson′s disease(PD)is one of the common neurodegenerative diseases,whose clinical manifestations include motor symptoms and non-motor symptoms.Depression is the most common non-motor symptom in PD patients.Depression can increase the disability rate of PD patients,reduce the quality of life of PD patients,and increase the burden of caregivers.At present,the diagnosis and treatment rate of PD with depression is still low.More than 30 domestic and foreign studies on PD with depression in recent years were included in this paper,and it was found that PD with depression has a complex pathophysiological mechanism.In terms of treatment,both standard antidepressant drugs and non-drug therapy have certain effects,but all kinds of treatments have certain adverse reactions.Therefore,the development of individualized treatment plan is the direction of current research.Based on the existing studies,this paper will review the pathogenesis,pathogenesis and treatment of Parkinson′s disease with depression,in order to provide supporting evidence for the prevention and treatment of Parkinson′s disease with depression.
