摘  要:高校综合评价录取在突破“唯分数”桎梏,贯彻落实立德树人机制,帮助高校精准选才,引导基础教育推行素质教育等方面发挥了巨大的作用。但是,在落地实践中却面临着困境:功利性教育思维掣肘了人们对综合评价录取的认知;高校招生能力不足制约了综合评价录取的科学发展;家庭文化资本及教育资源等潜在因素的不同影响了综合评价录取的公平性。为了进一步完善综合评价录取体系,需走出应试教育怪圈,完善高校综合评价路径:一是要树立新型的教育评价理念,真正实现综合评价;二是高校要切实提升招生能力,保障综合评价录取的科学;三是需加强对综合评价录取的政策宣传,扩大影响力。University admission via comprehensive evaluation has played a great role in breaking through the“scores⁃only”shackles,implementing the mechanism of cultivating people by virtue,helping universities to select talents,and guiding primary education institutions to carry out education for all⁃round development.However,in practice,it faces some difficulties:utilitarian educational thinking constrains people’s recognition of comprehensive evaluation admission;limited university enrollment capacity restricts the scientific development of comprehensive evaluation admission;and potential factors such as family cultural capital and educational resources affect the fairness of comprehensive evaluation.In order to further improve the comprehensive evaluation admission system,it is necessary to get out of the rut of exam⁃oriented education and improve ways for comprehensive evaluation.First,universities should establish a new education evaluation concept,and put comprehensive evaluation into practice.Second,they should improve their enrollment capacity and ensure scientific comprehensive evaluation admission.Third,they should give good publicity to the policy of comprehensive evaluation admission and expand its influence.
