肝复乐胶囊联合射频消融术治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨肝复乐胶囊联合射频消融术治疗原发性肝癌患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析89例原发性肝癌的病例资料,根据治疗方式分为观察组60例与对照组29例。对照组采用射频消融术治疗,观察组患者在射频消融术治疗基础上加服肝复乐胶囊(3 g/次,每日3次,连续服用4周)。比较2组治疗前后甲胎蛋白、白蛋白、生活质量以及中医证候改善情况。结果治疗后,观察组甲胎蛋白阳性率为8.3%,低于对照组的66.7%(χ^(2)=26.568,P<0.001);治疗后观察组血清白蛋白水平高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.119,P=0.034);观察组生活质量评分提高率为80.0%,对照组为55.2%,观察组较对照组治疗前后生活质量评分提高率更高(P<0.05)。观察组中医证候评分改善情况总有效率为68.3%;对照组总有效率为27.6%,根据总有效数值以及总有效率分析,观察组较优。结论肝复乐胶囊联合射频消融术治疗原发性肝癌的患者有更加良好的临床治疗意义,可以在一定程度上增强患者的康复能力,提升生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Ganfule capsule combined with radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of primary liver cancer(PLC).Methods Clinical data of 89 cases of PLC were retrospectively analyzed.According to treatment methods,all patients were divided into the observation group(n=60)and control group(n=29).In the control group,radiofrequency ablation was adopted.In the observation group,radiofrequency ablation combined with Ganfule capsule(3 g/time,3 times a day for 4 weeks)was delivered.The serum alpha-fetoprotein level,albumin level,quality of life and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome before and after corresponding treatment were statistically compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the positive rate of alpha-fetoprotein in the observation group was 8.3%,significantly lower than 66.7%in the control group(χ^(2)=26.568,P<0.001).After treatment,the serum albumin level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(Z=-2.119,P=0.034).The improvement rate of quality of life in the observation group was 80.0%,significantly higher than 55.2%in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the overall effective rate of TCM syndrome score improvement was 68.3%,significantly higher compared with 27.6%in the control group.The overall effective value and overall effective rate in the observation group were better compared with those in the control group.Conclusion Ganfule capsule combined with radiofrequency ablation yields high clinical efficacy in the treatment of PLC,which can enhance the rehabilitation ability and improve the quality of life to certain extent.
