摘  要:微藻是一类光自养单细胞生物,含有多种生理活性物质,是制取生物抑菌剂的优异资源。研究检测了黄丝藻(Tribonema sp.)水提物、5种有机试剂(甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、甲醇/甲苯(体积比3∶1))提取物、黄丝藻多糖及紫球藻(Porphyrodium cruentum)胞外多糖对于大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)和金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)等6种受试菌种的抑菌活性。结果表明,与对照组相比,黄丝藻水提物可抑制解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)、涅斯捷连科氏菌(Klebsiella nesterensis)和海杆菌(Maris bacilli)的生长;黄丝藻的5种有机试剂提取物对盐单胞菌(Halomonas)、解淀粉芽孢杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的生长均具有抑制作用,尤其是对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效应更显著;黄丝藻多糖对海杆菌和涅斯捷连科氏菌的生长具有抑制作用;紫球藻胞外多糖对大肠杆菌、解淀粉芽孢杆菌、海杆菌和涅斯捷连科氏菌的生长具有抑制作用。研究结果可为筛选绿色安全的藻源抑菌剂提供科学参考。Microalgae is a kind of photoautotrophic unicellular organisms,which contains a variety of physiological active substances,and is an excellent resource for producing biological bacteriostatic agents.In this study,the antibacterial activities of water extracts of Tribonema sp.and five organic reagents(methanol,ethanol,acetone,ethyl acetate,methanol/methylbenzene(3∶1)),as well as polysaccharides from Tribonema sp.and extracellular polysaccharides from Porphyrodium cruentum were tested for their antibacterial activities against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.The results showed that compared with the control group,the water extract of Tribonema sp.could inhibit the growth of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens,Klebsiella nesterensis and Maris bacilli.The extracts of five kinds of organic reagents from Tribonema sp.had inhibitory effects on the growth of Halomonas,Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and Staphylococcus aureus,especially on Staphylococcus aureus.The polysaccharides from Tribonema sp.could inhibit the growth of Maris bacilli and Klebsiella nesterensis.The crude extracellular polysaccharide from Porphyridium cruentum inhibited the growth of Escherichia coli,Bacillus amyloliquefaciens,Maris bacilli and Klebsiella nesterensis.This study will provide a scientific reference for screening green and safe algal antibacterial agents.
