摘 要:电压暂降问题已成为影响工业发展的主要电能质量问题,模拟电压暂降已成为验证电能质量优化装置有效性的重要手段,同时也是验证工业装置电压暂降耐受特性的重要措施。重点分析了模拟电压暂降电源装置与传统逆变电源相比的独特运行特性,即输出可控性与可重复性、控制器增益可变性及无源谐振抑制需求特性。同时针对其运行特性,提出了基于变比例增益控制及抗积分饱和的控制方法,解决了传统PI控制在模拟电压暂降电源装置应用中运行特性不理想的难题。最后在实验室搭建了模拟电压暂降电源的实验样机,通过实验证明了所提运行特性的合理性和控制方法的有效性。The problem of voltage sag has become a major power quality problem affecting industrial development.Simulating voltage sag power supply has become an important means to verify the effectiveness of power quality optimization devices,and it is also an important measure to verify the ability of industrial devices to resist the voltage sag.The unique operating characteristics of the SVSPS are analyzed compared with the traditional inverter power supply:Controllability and repeatability,Control gain variability,passive resonant suppression characteristics of the SVSPS.At the same time,in view of the operating characteristics,a control method based on variable proportional control gain and anti-integral saturation is proposed,which solves the problem that the traditional PI control cannot meet the operating demands of the SVSPS.Finally,an experimental prototype of the SVSPS was built in the laboratory,and the experiment result proved the correctness and effectiveness of the control method proposed.
