摘  要:针对某机型飞机导管构件,开展三坐标测量机自动化检测技术的研究,开发了一套数字化导管检测系统,以实现导管构件的高效、准确、全方位检测。首先,进行点激光扫描测头传感器集成技术的研究,采用滑动滤波方法对测量中获得的测头数据进行滤波处理,准确获得了被测导管构件的特征尺寸;其次,进行光学测头标定技术的研究,采用光学测头7点标定法,获得了被测导管构件的相对位置关系;对导管构件的法兰面和圆柱面进行路径规划,通过采集大量点云进行模型对齐,采用圆柱拟合法进行导管构件法兰孔的测量,最终实现导管构件的自动化检测。For the duct component in a certain type of aircraft,the research on automatic detection technology was conducted by three-coordinate measuring machine,and a set of digital duct detection system was developed to realize efficient,accurate and omni-directional detection of duct components.First,the research on integration technology of point laser scanning probe sensor was carried out,and the probe data obtained in the measurement was filtered by the sliding filter method to obtain the characteristic sizes of measured duct component accurately.And then,the calibration technology of optical probe was studied,and the relative position relationship of measured duct component was obtained by the seven-point calibration method of optical probe.Furthermore,the path planning was carried out for flange surface and cylinder surface of duct component,the model was aligned by collecting a large number of point clouds,and the flange hole of duct component was measured by the cylinder fitting method.Finally,the automatic detection of duct component was realized.
