摘  要:基于滑移网格模型,通过求解三维非定常N-S方程,分析涵道螺旋桨力学特性和流场分布规律,研究了桨尖与涵道壁面距离,对涵道螺旋桨气动性能的影响。随着桨尖与壁面距离的增大,涵道内桨叶背风面压力逐渐增大,迎风面压力变化不大,使得螺旋桨拉力逐渐增大;涵道内壁面桨盘前低压区压力增大逐渐增大,桨盘后高压区压力逐渐减小,使得涵道附加推力逐渐减小;涵道与螺旋桨相互作用逐渐削弱,也使得涵道螺旋桨总拉力有逐渐减小的趋势。涵道会拟制桨尖漩涡,从而提高总的气动效率,但拟制作用会随桨尖距离的增大,而逐渐削弱;因此,涵道螺旋桨总气动效率有随桨尖距离增大逐渐减小的趋势。The unsteady and vertical flow of ducted propeller was numerical investigation based on the unsteady compressible Navier-Stokes equations with the sliding mesh technique,and the mechanical properties and distribution law of flow field has been comparative studied.The results show that,with the increase of the clearance between blade tip and inner wall of duct increase,the pressure on the leeward side of the propeller blade in the duct increases gradually,and the pressure on the windward side does not change much,so that the thrust of propeller increase.With the increase of the tip clearance increase,the pressure in the low-pressure area in front of the blade plate on the inner wall of the duct increases gradually,and the pressure in the high-pressure area behind the blade plate on the inner wall of the duct decreases gradually,which makes the additional thrust of the duct decrease gradually.The interaction between duct and propeller is weakened gradually,which also makes the total thrust of ducted propeller decrease gradually.The duct will weaken the vortex at the tip of the propeller,thus improving the total aerodynamic efficiency of the ducted propeller,but the weakening effect will gradually decrease with the increase of the tip clearance,so the total aerodynamic efficiency of the ducted propeller will gradually decrease with the increase of the tip clearance.
