社会技术科学的学科定位与学科体系初探

摘　　要：社会技术在人类社会实践活动中发挥着越来越重要的作用。社会技术科学是以社会技术的现象、理论和应用为研究对象的一个学科门类。在社会科学知识体系中,社会技术科学处于“社会基础科学——社会技术科学——社会工程技术科学”三层级结构的中介环节。当前已有、正在建立和有待建立的社会技术科学分支学科、边缘学科可以划分为六个学科群组,即普通社会技术科学,专门社会技术学、宏观社会技术科学、中观社会技术科学、微观社会技术科学和社会技术边缘学科。社会技术科学的未来发展,应积极倡导学科认同,提升学科地位;鼓励多元化,促进学科协同发展;引导学科交叉,拓展研究领域;密切联系实际,推进本土化发展。Social technology play more and more important role in human social practice.Social applied sciences is a discipline category according to the phenomenon,theory and application for research object.In the social scientific knowledge system,social applied sciences in the mediation among“Social applied sciences-social applied sciences-social engineering sciences”.We divided the existing,establishing and will establishing discipline into six discipline clusters,they are general social applied sciences,specialized social applied sciences,macro,medium and micro social applied sciences,margin discipline.For the future development,we should advocate discipline identity and promote discipline status,encourage diversified and promote synergy development,lead discipline cross development and expand research field,contact with reality and promote localization development.
