摘 要:织物检验部门通过确保输送无质量问题的产品为企业建立良好的声誉,在纺织工业中起着至关重要的作用。因此,基于质量优先的织物制造必须采用电子控制的检查系统。长期以来,织物疵点的检测过程是通过肉眼观察来完成,事实证明,这种检测方法有缺陷,且成本高。为降低织物的次品率而对不同批次的织物进行了检验,然后在织机上优化织造参数设定,这有助于减少41%的织物缺经﹑40%的跳花和33%的抽毛等疵点率。The fabric inspection department has a prime importance in the textile industry to establish a good reputation in the textile world by delivering a fault-free quality product.For this reason,an electronically controlled inspection system must be adopted by the textile industry,when they deal with the manufacturing of quality-based fabric.The fabric defects inspection process was carried out for a long time by human visual inspection,which has proven to be insufficient and costly.In order to reduce the fabric rejection percentage,the experiment was carried out in the weaving department by considering different sorts of fabric.The setting was optimized on the weaving machine after inspecting the manufactured cloth roll in the inspection department.This helped to reduce threat of cracks in the fabric by 41%,float by 40%and lining by 33%.
