摘　　要：《寿世青编》是清代一部养生专著,该书重视饮食物的养生调护功效,特列“食疗秘方”“饮食禁忌节要”“服药忌食”等篇。本文从食养食疗视角对其养生学术思想及方法进行发凡,其内容包含食能养生、食亦害生、食能防病、食能治病、食可愈病,具体原则有食宜凡简、食应“节”“律”、食当应时,倡导素食、食后养生、瘥后服食。《寿世青编》总结了作者的临床经验及日常养生实践及饮食物的养生调护,其食疗养生思想对现代营养学、中医食疗学、药膳学等学科具有指导价值,对现代人的养生保健有一定的参考和现实意义。Shou Shi Qing Bian,paying attention to the dieting,is a famous health preservation book in the Qing Dynasty.The book contain dietary regimen、dietetic contraindication and dietary restriction after taking medicine,etc.This paper discusses the academic view of health preservation from the perspective of food diet.It provides five viewpoint about food health which contain"Food can preserve one's health""Food is harmful to one’s body""Food can prevent disease""Food can cure disease""Food can promote body rehabilitation"and some principle about healthy diet,such as"Be on diet""Be a vegetarian""keeping health after a meal",etc.Shou Shi Qing Bian summarizes the author's own clinical experience and daily health practice.The academic view of health preservation from the perspective of food diet has the guiding value to the modern nutrition,the traditional Chinese medicine food therapy,the medicine food science and has certain reference value and significance of health care for modern people.
