带状疱疹发病与六气主时的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:通过回顾性研究,分析不同六气主时对带状疱疹及其神经痛发病的影响。方法:收集整理2014年1月20日至2020年1月19日带状疱疹病例资料4240份、带状疱疹神经痛病例资料744份,根据病历记载确定具体的发病时间,按每年每个六气所主时段统计出发病人数百分比,与相应年份相应时段六气主时进行对照,逐年分析六气变化对带状疱疹及其神经痛发病的影响。结果:带状疱疹及其神经痛发病与六气主时有一定的相关性。带状疱疹在主气太阳寒水主时阶段容易发病,在客气少阳相火主时阶段不容易发病;带状疱疹神经痛在客气阳明燥金主时阶段容易发病,在主气阳明燥金、客气太阴湿土主时阶段不容易发病。结论:不同六气主时对带状疱疹及其神经痛发病的影响,可以作为该病“未病先防”和“因时制宜”的重要依据。Objective:To analyze the effect of different six-Qi periods on herpes zoster and its neuralgia by retrospective study.Methods:4240 cases of herpes zoster and 744 cases of postherpetic neuralgia from January 20,2014 to January 19,2020 were collected and sorted out.The specific onset time was determined according to the medical records.The percentages of patients in each six-Qi periods compared with the corresponding time of the years,which was used to analyze the effect of six-Qi changes on herpes zoster and its neuralgia.Results:The incidence of herpes zoster and its neuralgia was related to the six-Qi periods.Herpes zoster is easy to occur in the phase of Zhuqi-Taiyang-hanshui,but not easy to occur in Keqi-Shaoyang-xianghuo.Herpes zoster neuralgia is easy to appear in the stage of Keqi-Yangming-zaojin,and not easy to appear in Zhuqi-Yangming-zaojin and Keqi-Taiyin-shitu.Conclusion:The influence of different six-Qi periods on herpes zoster and its neuralgia can be used as an important basis for"prevention before disease"and"adjusting measures according to time".
