摘　　要：业务流程作为企业数字化转型智能化发展的核心抓手,贯穿于企业生产、管理和科研等业务活动及其全要素生命周期的始终,全要素合理有序流动、优化再造是检验企业数字化转型能否成功的重要标志。以企业业务流程为核心,通过流程泳道图和节点规范表两种工具,给出了流程的数字化、表单化和信息化方法,为企业业务流程再造与优化提出了一种可行的技术方案,为企业数字化转型智能化发展奠定了基础。Business process serves as the core of enterprise digital transformation and intelligent development,which runs throughout all the business actions of an enterprise such as production,management,scientific research,as well as its total factor life cycle.It is important to keep the total factor flow in a proper and orderly way,and make it optimized and reengineered,if a successful enterprise digital transformation is wanted.Taking the business process as the core,we propose methods of swimlane diagram and node specification table to make the whole process digitized,tabularized and informative,which not only provides a practical technical solution to reengineer and optimize the business process,but also lays a foundation for digital transformation and intelligent development of enterprises.
