从“四神”角度探讨《伤寒论》存津液思想

摘　　要："四神"即青龙、白虎、朱雀、玄武,是中国古代传说中镇守东、西、南、北4个方位的神兽,《伤寒论》中大、小青龙汤,白虎汤和真武汤的命名便源于此。陈修园揭示《伤寒论》的治法实质为"存津液",道出了全书宗旨。依据中医原创思维,取象比类,从"四神"角度研究《伤寒论》存津液思想,发现"四神"之本为存津液,四神方为存津液的代表方。且胃为五谷之府,人以胃气为本,尤宜顾护胃气,存津实乃保胃气。The‘four gods’are Green Dragon,White Tiger,Rosefinch and Black Tortoise.They are the mythical beasts guarding east,west,south and north in ancient Chinese legends.The names of Daqinglong Decoction,Xiaoqinglong Decoction,Baihu Decoction and Zhenwu Decoction in Shanghan Lun originate from them.CHEN Xiu-yuan revealed that the essence of the treatment of Shanghan Lun is‘storing body fluid’,which explains the purpose of the whole book.According to the original thinking of traditional Chinese medicine of image analogy,this paper studies the thought of storing body fluid in Shanghan Lun from the perspective of‘four gods’,the essence of the four gods is storing body fluid,and the four gods prescription is the representative of storing body fluid.And the stomach is the house of five grains,stomach qi is the essence of human body.It’s better to take care of stomach qi,storing body fluid is actually to protect stomach qi.
