摘　　要：《黄帝内经》脏象学说的核心是从与五脏对应的天象、地象、形象、色象、神象、声象、音象、五官各象、变象、食象十象以及阴阳表里、寒热虚实八变,观察诊治疾病的一种顺势思维,快速反应的思维模式,其具有科学的系统性和完整性。文章从十象八变中的形象学说阐述《黄帝内经》在临床的实践性和指导性作用。The core of visceral manisfestation theory in Huangdi Neijing is conveniently thinking and rapid thinking model to observe and treat diseases from ten-Xiang,including heaven-Xiang,earth-Xiang,body-Xiang,color-Xiang,spirit-Xiang,voice-Xiang,note-Xiang,five sense organs-Xiang,change-Xiang and food-Xiang,and eight-changes,including yin,yang,exterior,interior,cold,heat,deficiency and excess,which fulls of systematicness and integrity.This paper expounds the clinical practice and guiding effects in Huangdi Neijing from body-Xiang theory of ten-Xiang and eight-changes.
