摘 要:在硫酸催化和苯酚的作用下,通过捏和、加热制备了改性油茶蒲粉,进一步与甘油混炼,经热压得到一种完全以油茶蒲为原料的热塑性材料。在预试验的基础上确定工艺优化正交表的因素和水平,探讨了苯酚与油茶蒲粉的质量比、改性反应温度和反应时间对油茶蒲热塑性材料力学性能的影响,并检测其红外吸收光谱和动态热机械特性。结果表明:苯酚改性制备油茶蒲热塑性材料的最优工艺条件为苯酚与油茶蒲粉的质量比1.7、反应时间2 h、反应温度130℃,制得油茶蒲热塑性材料的拉伸强度为8.96 MPa、弯曲强度为22.088 MPa,玻璃化温度Tg=48℃,具有良好的材料黏弹性能。Camellia oleifera fruit shell powder was modified by kneading and heating with mixing phenol and sulfuric acid,then mixed with glycerin,milled in compounder,a kind of thermoplastic material made entirely of Camellia oleifera fruit shell powder was produced by heat pressing.The factors and levels of orthogonal table for processing technique optimization were determined according to the pre-experiment.The effects of mass ratio of phenol to Camellia oleifera fruit shell powder,modification reaction temperature and reaction time on the mechanical properties of Camellia oleifera thermoplastic materials were investigated,IR spectrum and dynamic mechanical analysis of the materials was performed.The results showed that the optimum technological conditions of phenol-modified thermoplastic material were as follows:the mass ratio of phenol to Camellia oleifera fruit shell powder was 1.7,the reaction time was 2 h,the reaction temperature was 130℃,the tensile strength of Camellia oleifera thermoplastic material was 8.96 MPa,the bending strength was 22.088 MPa,and the glass transition temperature Tg=48℃.
