摘　　要：信息全球化的社会发展现况为现代教育教学改革提供了新的可能,并进一步提出了新的要求。线上课程的改革创新已经成为现代教学改革的重要方向。本文以南方医科大学首批在线课程建设项目舌尖上的中药为例,探讨在大规模开放在线课程(Massive open online course,MOOC)模式下中医药膳文化教学的具体应用,提出中医类课程教学的在线教育方式,为此类课程的在线教学建设提供参考。At present,the social development of information globalization provides new possibilities for the reform of modern education and teaching,and further puts forward new requirements.The innovation of online courses has become an important direction of modern teaching reform.A Bite of Chinese medicine,one of the first batches of online course construction projects of Southern Medical University,as an example,this paper discusses the specific application of Chinese medicine diet culture teaching under the MOOC(massive open online course)model,and puts forward the online education mode of Chinese medicine course teaching,providing reference for the online teaching construction of such courses.
