化痰通腑法治疗痰热腑实型急性脑梗死临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究星蒌承气汤治疗痰热腑实型急性脑梗死(Acute cerebral infarction,ACI)的临床疗效。方法将2019年9月—2020年12月收治的60例痰热腑实型ACI患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。2组均给予基础治疗,治疗组在基础治疗基础上给予星蒌承气汤治疗。疗程均为2周。比较2组的神经功能缺损(National institute of health stroke,NIHSS)评分、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(Neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio,NLR)变化。结果治疗后2组NIHSS评分、NLR较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且均较治疗组改变明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论星蒌承气汤治疗痰热腑实型ACI可改善患者临床症状及炎症水平,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of Xinglou Chengqi decoction in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI)of phlegm-heat and fu-viscera excess type.Methods 60 patients with ACI of phlegm-heat and fu-viscera excess type were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).Both groups were given basic treatment,and the treatment group was given Xinglou Chengqi decoction on the basis of basic treatment.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.The changes of neurological function score,NLR and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of NIHSS,neurological function score and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the two groups decreased(P<0.05),the treatment group changed significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xinlou Chengqi decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and inflammatory level of patients with ACI of phlegm-heat and fu-viscera excess type,so as to improve the prognosis and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
