摘　　要：随着我国肿瘤发病率的持续上升,多数患者一经发现就已经发展到恶性肿瘤的程度,恶性肿瘤又是影响中国人寿命的一大顽疾,治愈过程对于患者也相当痛苦,经研究发现中医辅助治疗肿瘤有独特的优势,而且心理因素对肿瘤的治愈、发展和后期影响起到一定的作用。本文积极推动中医“双师”型队伍建设,制定双师队伍来源途径,确定双师队伍提升方向,为患者治疗与康复创造良好心理环境,本文可为后期肿瘤中医团队建设提供决策支持。With the continuous increase of tumor incidence in China,most patients have developed to the extent of malignant tumor once they are found.Malignant tumor is also a major disease that affects the life of Chinese people.The healing process is also quite painful for patients.It is found that the auxiliary treatment of cancer by traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages,and psychological factors play a certain role in the healing,development and later stage of tumor use.This paper actively promotes the construction of“double-master”team of traditional Chinese medicine,formulates the source of double division team,determines the promotion direction of double division team,and creates a good psychological environment for patients’treatment and rehabilitation.This paper can provide decision-making support for the later construction of tumor traditional Chinese medicine team.
