RotarexRS Catheter治疗急性肠系膜上动脉栓塞的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨RotarexRS Catheter机械血栓切除系统对急性肠系膜上动脉栓塞的疗效.方法回顾使用RotarexRS Catheter机械血栓切除系统对36例急性肠系膜上动脉栓塞患者的治疗,对其安全性及有效性进行评价.结果术后36例患者腹痛、发热、恶心呕吐、血便等症状均得到缓解,治疗过程中未出现血管破裂、继发血管夹层,治疗后未出现肠缺血坏死、腹膜炎等表现需进一步行外科手术,术后3个月复查腹部增强CT提示肠系膜上动脉血流通畅,未见明显血栓.结论RotarexRS Catheter机械血栓切除系统在急性肠系膜上动脉栓塞的治疗中安全有效,近期效果满意.Objective To investigate the effect of RotarexRS Catheter mechanical thrombectomy system on acute superior mesenteric artery embolism.Methods 36 patients with acute superior mesenteric artery embolism were treated with RotarexRS Catheter mechanical thrombectomy system,the safety and effectiveness were evaluated.Results Abdominal pain,fever,nausea and vomiting,bloody stool and other symptoms were relieved in 36 patients,There was no vascular mpture,secondary vascular dissection,intestinal ischemia and necrosis,peritonitis and other manifestarions after treatment,and further surgery was needed.Three months after operation,abdominal enhanced CT showed that the superior mesenteric artery had smooth blood flow and No visible thrombus.Conclusion RotarexRS Catheter mechanical thrombectomy system is safe and effective in the treatment of acute superior mesenteric artery embolism,and the short-term effect is satisfactory.
