两种自体结膜移植术治疗翼状胬肉的效果对比

摘　　要：目的:比较用两种自体结膜移植术治疗翼状胬肉的效果。方法:选取2017年7月至2018年6月期间福清市医院收治的65例(65只眼)翼状胬肉患者作为研究对象。根据手术方法的不同将这些患者分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=30)。两组患者入院后,均对其进行翼状胬肉切除术。在此基础上,对对照组患者进行常规自体结膜移植术,对观察组患者进行改良的自体结膜移植术。然后比较两组患者手术的效果。结果:在手术后的第3天、第7天,观察组患者眼部刺激症状的评分均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。观察组患者拆线后切口开裂的发生率低于对照组患者,P<0.05。观察组患者中患眼美容效果欠佳的患者所占的比例低于对照组患者中相应患者的占比,P<0.05。观察组患者中患眼美容效果好的患者所占的比例高于对照组患者中相应患者的占比,P<0.05。结论:与用常规自体结膜移植术治疗翼状胬肉的效果相比,用改良的自体结膜移植术治疗翼状胬肉的效果更为理想。Objective:To compare the effects of two kinds of autoconjunctival transplantation for pterygium.METHODS:A total of 65 cases(65 eyes)of pterygium patients admitted to Fuqing Hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research subjects.These patients were divided into control group(n=35)and observation group(n=30)according to different surgical methods.Pterygium excision was performed in both groups after admission.On this basis,patients in the control group were treated with conventional autoconjunctival transplantation,and patients in the observation group were treated with modified autoconjunctival transplantation.The surgical results of the two groups were then compared.Results:On the 3rd and 7th day after operation,the scores of ocular irritation symptoms in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of incision dehiscence in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with poor eye cosmetic effect in the observation group was lower than that of the corresponding patients in the control group,P<0.05.The proportion of patients with good eye cosmetic effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional autoconjunctival transplantation for pterygium,improved autoconjunctival transplantation for pterygium is more effective.
