联用脑苷肌肽注射液和早期针灸疗法治疗急性脑梗死的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨联用脑苷肌肽注射液和早期针灸疗法治疗急性脑梗死的效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年10月期间资阳市雁江区中医医院收治的150例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象。将这些患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各有75例患者。两组患者入院后,均对其进行常规治疗。在此基础上,联用脑苷肌肽注射液和早期针灸疗法对观察组患者进行治疗,用脑苷肌肽注射液对对照组患者进行治疗。对两组患者治疗的效果进行对比分析。结果:治疗后,观察组患者治疗的总有效率、Barthel指数评定量表的评分、简易精神状态检查表(MMSE)的评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定法(FMA)的评分均高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:联用脑苷肌肽注射液和早期针灸疗法治疗急性脑梗死的效果较为理想,可有效地提高此病患者的日常生活能力及肢体的运动能力,改善其精神状态。Objective:To investigate the effect of cerebroside and carnosine injection combined with early acupuncture therapy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.METHODS:A total of 150 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Yanjiang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Ziyang City from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects.These patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 75 patients in each group.After admission,patients in both groups received routine treatment.On this basis,patients in the observation group were treated with cerebral glucoside carnosine injection and early acupuncture therapy,and patients in the control group were treated with cerebral glucoside carnosine injection.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed.RESULTS:After treatment,the total effective rate,Barthel index rating scale score,MMSE score and Fugl-Meyer motor function rating(FMA)score in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of cerebroside and carnosine injection and early acupuncture therapy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has an ideal effect,which can effectively improve the patients’daily living ability and physical exercise ability,and improve their mental state.
