德国职业资格认证制度对我国的启示

摘　　要：明确的法律责任、统一的认证标准、“段”“证”的相互衔接、科学的认证体系、多元与层级的能力标准等特征,极大地促进了德国职业资格认证制度的有效推进。借鉴这些成功经验,我国在职业资格认证制度建设上应进一步加强立法保障、强化资格治理、明确资格标准、促进“课证”融通,以提高证书质量。The clear legal responsibility,unified certification standards,the connection between stages and certification,scientific certification system,multiple and hierarchical ability standards and other characteristics have greatly promoted the effective promotion of German vocational qualification certification system.Based on these successful experiences,China should further strengthen the legislative guarantee,strengthen the qualification governance,clarify the qualification standards,and promote the integration of“curriculum and certificate”in the construction of vocational qualification certification system to improve the quality of certificates.
