摘　　要：阐述血液净化专科护士核心能力概念与维度,综述血液净化专科护士核心能力评价与培养研究进展。指出目前,血液净化专科护士核心能力主要划分为科研能力、护理管理能力、思维判断能力、教育与咨询能力、临床实践能力等,其中临床实践能力是关键。今后血液净化专科护士核心能力培养中应该加强临床实践能力培训,激发护士的评判性思维和自主探究能力。在血液净化护士核心能力评价方法上,目前主要是通过护士核心能力自评量表以及专家咨询自制调查表进行评价,存在一定的主观性,需要探索量化分析方法。血液净化专科护士核心能力培养集中于培养内容、培养方法和培养效果的评估。The concept and dimensions of the core competence of blood purification specialist nurses were explained.The research progress of the evaluation and training of the core competence of blood purification specialist nurses was reviewed.It was pointed out that at present,the core competence of blood purification specialist nurses was mainly divided into scientific research ability,nursing management ability,thinking and judgment ability,education and consulting ability,clinical practice ability,etc.,of which clinical practice ability was the key.In the future,the training of the core competence of blood purification specialist nurses should strengthen the training of clinical practice ability to stimulate the critical thinking and independent inquiry ability of nurses.The core competence evaluation methods of blood purification nurses are currently mainly evaluated through the core competence self-evaluation scale of nurses and expert consultation self-made questionnaires.There is a certain degree of subjectivity,and quantitative analysis methods need to be explored.The core competence training of blood purification specialist nurses focuses on the training content,training methods and evaluation of training effects.
