服务价值网中双元创新对高质量服务供给的影响研究

摘　　要：基于服务主导逻辑,从服务价值网络出发探讨双元创新对高质量服务供给的影响机制,考察网络强度对高质量服务供给的影响及网络强度在双元创新与高质量服务供给关系中的调节作用。研究发现,在服务价值网络中,双元创新中的利用性创新与探索性创新均同高质量服务供给呈倒U型关系;网络强度正向影响高质量服务供给并增强了利用性创新与高质量服务供给的倒U型关系、削弱了探索性创新与高质量服务供给的倒U型关系。Based on the service dominant logic,this paper discusses the mechanism of ambidextrous innovation's influence on the supply of elevated service offering from the perspective of service value network,and investigates the influence of network strength on the supply of elevated service offering and the moderating role of network strength in the relationship between ambidextrous innovation and elevated service offering.It is found that in the service value network,both exploitative innovation and exploratory innovation have inverted U-shaped relationship with elevated service offering;network strength positively affects elevated service offering;network strength positively moderates the inverted U-shaped relationship between exploitative innovation and elevated service offering,and negatively moderates the inverted U-shaped relationship between exploratory innovation and elevated service offering.
