摘　　要：针对毫米波频段下,固态功率放大器工作时产生的增益压缩和相位扩张现象,采用肖特基二极管,在经典反射式模拟预失真线性化器电路的基础上进行改进,设计新型模拟预失真线性化器。新型线性化器利用并联肖特基二极管产生非线性补偿量,通过增加直流偏置电路,可独立调节二极管偏置状态。在接地方面,新电路使用开路线加射频接地的方式取代以往电路中无源传输线加负载电阻的结构,避免传输线与电阻间匹配不当导致的性能偏差。ADS 2020电磁仿真软件扫描参数后的结果表明,频率为30 GHz时,线性化器可获得20 dB的增益扩张和60°的相位压缩。Aiming at the amplitude and phase distortion of the solid power amplifier operating in millimeterwave,a novel analog predistortion linearizer is designed on the basis of conventional reflective circuit using two parallel Schottky diodes to generate nonlinear compensation.Its adjustability is strengthened by extra DC bias and passive transmission line linked to load resistance is replaced with open stub to avoid performance deviation caused by mismatch between line and resistance.The result of ADS2020 electromagnetic simulating verification shows that the novel ciruit can obtain 20 dB gain expansion and 60°phase compression at a frequency of 30 GHz.
