民族药紫地榆预防龋齿的研究进展

摘　　要：近年来民族药紫地榆在预防龋齿方面取得了一定进展。该药对预防龋齿具有重要作用,有抑制致龋菌活性、抑制牙齿脱矿、促进牙齿再矿化及提高牙齿的抗酸蚀能力等。而且该药有来源广、副作用小的特点。本文主要综述了紫地榆预防龋齿的理论机制和药理研究,旨在为研发预防龋齿的天然药物提供科学依据。In recent years,some progress has been made in the role of the national medicine Geranium strictipes in the prevention of dental caries.Studies have confirmed that Geranium strictipes plays an important role in the prevention of dental caries and can inhibit the activity of cariogenic bacteria,inhibit tooth demineralization,promote remineralization,and improve the anti-acid ability of teeth,with the advantages of wide source and slight side effect.This article reviews the theoretical mechanism and pharmacological research on Geranium strictipes in preventing dental caries,in order to provide a scientific basis for the deve-lopment of natural medicines to prevent dental caries.
