摘　　要：企业在经营管理过程中,物资采购作为企业降低运营成本、增加企业利润非常重要的一个环节,担负着非常重要的作用。在石油化工企业运营过程中,物资采购是非常重要的一个核心环节,是企业实现开源节流,增效创收的重要一环,是石油化工企业的第三利润源头。文章提出企业在内部经营管理上健全针对物资采购的各项管理制度,降低企业的经营风险,为企业的长远发展和经济效益提供有力保障。In the process of business management,material procurement plays a very important role in reducing operating costs and increasing corporate prof its.In the operation of petrochemical enterprises,material procurement is a very important core link.It is an important part of the company’s realization of increasing revenue and reducing expenditure,increasing eff iciency and generating income,and is the third source of prof it for petrochemical enterprises.This requires enterprises to improve various management systems for material procurement in internal operation and management,reduce the business risk of the enterprise,and provide a strong guarantee for the long-term development and economic benef its of the enterprise.
