摘　　要：针刺治疗阿尔兹海默病(AD)临床疗效显著,但机制研究尚未明确。本文基于静息态功能磁共振成像(rs-fMRI)技术,对AD的针刺效应神经机制及成果予以综述,发现针刺可通过调节AD患者认知相关脑区的功能连接及局部自发活动,改善临床症状,rs-fMRI可作为AD早期预测和诊疗评价的客观手段。Acupuncture has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease(AD),but its mechanism is not yet clear.Based on resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI)technology,this article reviews the neural mechanisms and results of the acupuncture effect in the treatment of AD.It is found that acupuncture can improve clinical symptoms by regulating the functional connectivity and local spontaneous activities of the cognitively related brain regions in AD patients,and rs-fMRI can be used as an objective means for early prediction and diagnosis and treatment evaluation of AD.
