摘 要:针对伺服电机生产过程中光电编码器安装效率低、精度低等问题,设计了一种编码器自动校装系统。系统采用高精度绝对式光电编码器配合步进电机的方式控制伺服电机位置,由PC作为上位机,STM32单片机作为下位机对校装系统进行控制、数据采集及处理,实现了校装的自动化,提高了安装精度。采用RAM+RS-485模块,可实现增量式光电编码器和绝对式编码器数据采集。实验结果表明:系统可以快速、准确地安装不同类型的光电编码器,能够满足实际生产过程中光电编码器的安装要求。Aiming at the problems of low installing efficiency and low precision of photoelectric encoder in servo motor production,an automatic calibration system of photoelectric encoder is designed.The system adopts high-precision absolute photoelectric encoder and stepper motor to control the position of servo motor.Upper personal computer(PC)and STM32 micro programmed control unit(MCU)is used as lower PC to control,data acquision and processing of the calibration system,realizing the automation of calibration and improve installation precision.The RAM+RS-485 module can realize incremental optical encoder and absolute encoder data acquisition.Experimental result show that the system can quickly and accurately install different types of photoelectric encoders,which can meet the installation requirements of photoelectric encoders in the actual production process.
