摘　　要：以建设项目穿越江口国家湿地公园为例,在充分考虑施工期和运营期可能对江口国家湿地公园造成生态影响的前提下,提出了合理优化工程布置、优化施工时间、限定施工范围、加强施工管理、加大宣传力度等减缓和避免生态影响的具体对策和措施,落实这些保护措施后,可很大程度上减弱项目建设对江口国家湿地公园的生态影响,以期达到促进地方经济发展和保护湿地资源的目的,可为相关项目建设提供参考。This paper takes the construction project crossing Jiangkou National Wetland Park as an example.Under the premise of fully considering the possible ecological impact on Jiangkou National Wetland Park during the construction period and operation period,some specific countermeasures are put forward to reduce and avoid the ecological impact,such as reasonably optimizing the project layout,optimizing the construction time,limiting the construction scope,strengthening the construction management,and increasing publicity so as to implement these protection measures.After the measures are taken,the ecological impact of the project construction on Jiangkou National Wetland Park can be greatly reduced in order to achieve the purpose of promoting local economic development and protecting wetland resources,and provide reference for the construction of related projects.
