医患舆情背景下本科护生择业职业价值观的调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解医患舆情背景下护生的择业职业价值观,为高校护理教育引导护生理性认识医患舆情,确立积极职业价值观提供参考。方法采用自行设计的护生一般情况和对医患关系与医患舆情认知的调查表及金华盛等编制的大学生职业价值观量表进行横断面调查。结果护生择业职业价值观总分(129.40±14.41)分,总均分(3.79±0.41)分;维度均分前三位分别为职业前景、规范道德与家庭维护,后三位分别为薪酬声望、社会促进与地位追求;学校、年级、对医患纠纷的关注、亲朋好友对医患关系的态度对择业观的影响等是护生择业职业价值观的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论护生择业职业价值观整体趋向积极,对医患关系与医患舆情的认知影响护生择业职业价值观,高校护理教育应引导护生理性认识医患舆情,并教育护生树立积极的职业价值观。Objective:To understand the occupational values of nursing students′career choice under the background of doctor-patient media opinions,so as to provide reference for college nursing education that guides nursing students to rationally understand doctor-patient media opinions and establish positive occupational values.Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conducted by using of a self-designed questionnaire on the general situation of nursing students and cognition of doctor-patient relationship&media opinions as well as the scale of vocational values of college students compiled by Jin Huasheng,etc.Results:The total score of nursing students′occupational values(129.40±14.41 points),the total average score(3.79±0.41);top three of average of dimensions:career prospects,ethics and family maintenance;the last three of average of dimensions:salary&prestige,social promotion and status pursuit.Multiple regression analysis showed that the school,grade,attention to doctor-patient disputes,influence of attitudes of friends&relatives to doctor-patient relationship on career outlook etc.were the main influencing factors of occupational values of nursing students′career choice(P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall occupational values of nursing students tend to be positive.Since the cognition of doctor-patient relationship and media opinion influences the occupational values of nursing students′career choice,nursing education in colleges and universities should guide nursing students to rationally understand doctor-patient media opinions,and educate nursing students to establish positive occupational values.
