摘 要:研究生教育肩负着高层次人才培养和创新创造的重要使命,促进研究生的深层学习是培养高层次拔尖人才、提升高等教育整体质量的重要举措。对东部某研究型大学334名硕士研究生的问卷调查发现,深层学习表现良好,学习环境感知中的导师支持和同伴互助要素对深层学习具有显著正向影响;学业压力对深层学习无直接影响,但是会通过损害研究生的学术信念,进而不利于其深层学习。路径分析表明,学术信念在学习环境感知和深层学习之间存在部分中介效应。促进研究生的深层学习,要优化导师指导,重视研究生思维能力的培养;倡导同伴互助,创建高质量的互动环境;关注学业压力,构建良好的学业支持系统;培育学术信念,打牢立志学术的理念根基。Postgraduate education is committed to cultivating high-level talents and to innovation and creation.Promoting the deep learning of graduate students is an important measure to cultivate top-notch talents and improve the overall quality of higher education.A questionnaire survey of 334 postgraduates from a research-oriented university in the east of China shows that the postgraduates do well in deep learning.The tutor support and peer assistance in the learning environment perception have significantly positive effect on deep learning.Having no direct impact on deep learning,academic pressure will indirectly affect it by damaging the academic beliefs of the postgraduate students.Path analysis shows that academic beliefs play a partial mediating effect between the learning environment perception and deep learning.Therefore,we should optimize the guidance of mentors and attach importance to the cultivation of postgraduates thinking ability,advocate peer assistance and create a high-quality interactive environment,pay attention to academic pressure and build a good academic support system,and cultivate academic beliefs and consolidate the foundation of academic cause.
