摘 要:目的:研究半枝莲中总黄酮的提取方案,并初步检测其抗氧化能力。方法:在单因素试验的基础上,使用Box-Behnken响应曲面设计法优化提取半枝莲中总黄酮的工艺条件,并研究其对DPPH自由基的清除作用。结果:以10 g半枝莲粉末为原料,在乙醇浓度为59%、提取时间为2 h、液料比为1∶15的提取条件下,半枝莲黄酮化合物得率为2.372%,在最佳提取的条件下,随着半枝莲提取物浓度增加(0.1~0.8 mg/ml),对DPPH自由基的清除率最大可达92.06%,表现出较好的抗氧化能力。结论:本试验所得半枝莲提取工艺合理可行,半枝莲抗氧化能力较强。Objective:To study the extraction scheme of total flavonoids from Scutellaria barbata,and its antioxidant capacity was preliminarily tested.Method:On the basis of single-factor experiment,the Box-Behnken response surface design method was used to optimize the extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Scutellaria barbata,and its scavenging effect on DPPH free radical was studied.Results:With 10 g barbed skullcap herb powder as raw materials,under the conditions of ethanol concentration of 59%,extraction time of two hours,the liquid-solid ratio of 1:15,the yield of Sashilaria barbata flavonoids was 2.372%.Under the optimal extraction conditions,with the increase of barbed skullcap herb extract concentration(0.1~0.8 mg/ml),the scavenging rate of DPPH free radical was up to 92.06%,showing good antioxidant capacity.Conclusion:The extraction technology of Scutellaria barbata was reasonable and feasible,and the antioxidant ability of Scutellaria barbata was strong.
