摘 要:为避免通讯机柜系统在地震中遭受重大损害,根据通讯机柜的地震保护原则,利用摩擦摆耗能机理设计了用于浮放通讯机柜的弹性调谐轨道隔震装置。通过对该装置进行数学建模获得其运动方程和对应的滞回曲线,并选取典型的El Centro波、JMA神户波、人工波三种地震波信号,利用振型分解反应谱法对地震动实验台上该装置的地震动响应进行测试,并对监测得到的数据分析。结果表明:在不同地震波输入下,经隔震装置后的加速度响应值减小约96%左右,减震效果可达96%,能够保证特大地震下数据存储与传送设备机柜的安全。According to the seismic protection principle of the communication cabinet,a vibration isolation device is designed to avoid major damage of high-speed rail communications systems in an earthquake using elastic tuning track.The motion equation and hysteresis curve of the device are obtained through mathematical modeling,and three kinds of original seismic wave signals,named El Centro seismic wave,JMA Kobe seismic wave and artifical seismic wave are selected to test the response curve of the device on the ground motion experimental platform using mode decomposition reaction spectrum method.The collected data during the experimental is analysed,and the results indicate that the acceleration response value decreases about 96%under different seismic wave input.The damping effect is also up to 96%,which can ensure the safety of the data storage and communication equipment cabinets in the case of large earthquake.
