学习型组织视野下农林类高职院校学习型班级建设的实证研究

摘　　要：学习型组织理论主要来自于彼得·圣吉的《第五项修炼》,其致力于群体智力的提升。班级作为学习为主的组织,运用学习型组织理论打造学习型班级成为教学模式探索的一个重要方向。本研究以大理农林职业技术学院中德项目为基础,运用学习型组织理论,通过翻转课堂,让学生掌握学习方法及学习型班级建设的操作流程,再通过企业课堂及专业课程教学进行刻意练习,开展了为期1年的学习型班级建设行动探究。结果表明,学习型班级建设一方面有助于学生学习方式的转变及综合素质的提升,另一方面有助于教师教学模式的转变及辅导员班级管理能力的提升,亦对良好学风、教风、班风的形成极为有利。综上所述,学习型班级的推进切实可行,为农林类高职院校学习型班级建设提供了一种范式。The theory of learning organization mainly comes from"Peter Senge's The Fifth Discipline",which was dedicated to the improvement of group intelligence.Class is a learning oriented organization.Using learning organization theory to build learning class is becoming an important direction of teaching mode exploration.Based on the Sino German project of Dali Vocational and Technical College of Agriculture and Forestry,a one-year study of class construction action was carried out,the learning group was established by using the learning organization theory,which the students could master the learning methods and the operation process of the construction of learning class by flipping the classroom,and then they could practice deliberately through the enterprise classroom and professional courses.The results showed that the construction of learning class was conducive to the transformation of students'learning style and the improvement of their comprehensive ability,the transformation of teachers'teaching mode,the improvement of counselors'class management ability,and the formation of a good style of study,teaching and class.Comprehensively,the promotion of learning class was practical and feasible,which could provide a paradigm for the construction of learning class in agricultural and forestry vocational colleges.
