模拟环境下临床医学实习生腹腔镜操作能力培养的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨在模拟环境下临床医学实习生腹腔镜操作能力的培养。方法选择2019年1月至2020年1月在佛山市妇幼保健院符合研究要求且自愿参加研究的临床医学本科实习生40名[男20名,女20名,年龄(21.80±0.85)岁],开展培训前后腹腔镜理论知识考试、模拟环境下腹腔镜操作培训考核以及腹腔镜带教满意度问卷调查,录入数据,前后对比分析。结果研究对象腹腔镜理论知识考试,培训前后差异有统计学意义[(79.90±6.47)分比(63.83±5.51)分](t=-19.66,P<0.001);模拟环境下腹腔镜操作考核,各项目培训前后差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001);腹腔镜操作培训带教满意度调查,培训前后满意度差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在模拟环境下,对本科临床医学实习生进行腹腔镜操作培训,能有效提高其腹腔镜理论知识及基本操作能力,为临床医学生进入临床工作打下良好的内镜技术基础,为本科的临床实践教学改革提供参考。Objective To explore the training of laparoscopic operation ability of clinical medical interns under simulation environment.Methods Forty clinical medical interns who met the research requirements and participated in the research voluntarily in Foshan Women and Children Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as research objects,including 20 males,20 females,aged(21.80±0.85).The basic theoretical knowledge of laparoscopy,laparoscopic operation ability under simulation environment,and questionnaire of teaching satisfaction in class were evaluated before and after training,and the assessment results were analyzed to evaluate the effectiveness of laparoscopic simulation training courses.Results After training,the basic theoretical knowledge of laparoscopy was significantly higher than that before training[(79.90±6.47)points vs.(63.83±5.51)points](t=-19.66,P<0.001);the laparoscopic operation ability under simulation environment was significantly higher than that before training(P<0.001);the degree of teaching satisfaction in class was significantly higher than that before training(P<0.05).Conclusion The laparoscopic simulation training courses can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge of laparoscopy and the basic laparoscopic operation skill of clinical medical interns,and provide references for undergraduate clinical practice teaching reform.
