摘 要:本试验旨在研究添加活性马克斯克鲁维酵母对肉鸡生长性能、免疫器官指数、血清生化指标和肠道结构的影响.选用525只体重接近、健康的1日龄Arbor Acre肉鸡,公、母各半,随机分成5个处理组,每组7个重复,每重复15羽,对照组饲喂玉米豆粕基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加2.5×10^(10),3.75×10^(10),1.875×10^(11)和3.75×10^(11)CFU/kg的活性马克斯克鲁维酵母.结果表明:①与对照组相比,添加1.875×10^(11)CFU/kg活性马克斯克鲁维酵母能显著提高1~21日龄、22~42日龄、1~42日龄肉鸡的平均日采食量和平均日增重(P<0.05),显著降低22~42日龄、1~42日龄肉鸡的耗料增重比(P<0.05),添加3.75×10^(11)CFU/kg活性马克斯克鲁维酵母能显著提高22~42日龄肉鸡的平均日增重(P<0.05);②与对照组相比,添加不同水平活性马克斯克鲁维酵母对肉鸡免疫器官指数无显著影响;③与对照组相比,添加1.875×10^(11)CFU/kg活性马克斯克鲁维酵母能显著提高22日龄肉鸡血清中总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、血糖含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性(P<0.05),显著降低22日龄肉鸡血清中总胆固醇、尿酸(UA)和43日龄肉鸡血清中UA含量(P<0.05),添加3.75×10^(11)CFU/kg活性马克斯克鲁维酵母能显著提高22日龄肉鸡血清中TP、ALB含量(P<0.05);④与对照组相比,添加1.875×10^(11)CFU/kg活性马克斯克鲁维酵母提高了22日龄肉鸡血清中SOD活性(P<0.05);⑤与对照组相比,添加不同水平活性马克斯克鲁维酵母能显著提高43日龄肉鸡十二指肠绒毛高度、绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值(P<0.05),其中添加1.875×10^(11)CFU/kg活性马克斯克鲁维酵母能显著提高22日龄肉鸡十二指肠绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值、回肠绒毛高度、回肠绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值(P<0.05),显著提高43日龄肉鸡的空肠绒毛高度、空肠绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值、回肠绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值(P<0.05),添加3.75×10^(11)CFU/kg活�The experiment was conducted to study the effects of adding active Kluyveromyces marxianus on the growth performance,immune organ index,blood index and intestinal structure of broilers.A total of 525 healthy 1-day-old AA(Arbor Acre)broilers,male and female,were randomly divided into 5 groups,with 7 replicates in each group and 15 feathers in each repetition.The control group was fed corn-soybean basal diet,and the experimental group was fed the base diet with 2.5×10^(10) CFU/kg,3.75×10^(10) CFU/kg,1.875×10^(11)CFU/kg and 3.75×10^(11)CFU/kg of active K.marxianus,respectively.The results showed that:①Compared with control group,adding 1.875×10^(11)CFU/kg active K.marxianus significantly increased the average daily feed intake and average daily gain of broilers aged 1—21 days,22—42 days and 1—42 days(P<0.05),significantly decreased the consumable weight gain ratio of broilers aged 22—42 days and 1—42 days significantly(P<0.05),while the average daily gain of 22—42 days was significantly increased by adding 3.75×10^(11)CFU/kg active K.marxianus(P<0.05).②Compared with the control group,the addition of different levels of active K.marxianus had no significant effect on the immune organ index of broiler chickens.③Compared with control group,adding 1.875×10^(11)CFU/kg active K.marxianus significantly increased the contents of serum total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),blood sugar content and superoxide dismutase(SOD)of 22-day-old broilers(P<0.05),and significantly decreased the contents of serum total cholesterol,uric acid(UA)of 22-day-old broilers,and UA of 22-day-old broilers(P<0.05),while the addition of active K.marxianus at 3.75×10^(11)CFU/kg significantly increased the contents of serum TP and ALB of 22-day-old broilers(P<0.05).④Compared with the control group,adding 1.875×10^(11)CFU/kg active K.marxianus increased the SOD activity in the serum of 22-day-old broiler chickens(P<0.05).⑤Comparetively,the addition of different levels of active K.marxianus significantly increased villus height,c
