高校青年思政课教师马克思主义信仰现状探析

摘　　要：通过发放调查问卷《高校青年思政课教师马克思主义信仰情况》对安徽省10所本专科院校的50位专职青年思政课教师进行抽样调查,统计分析他们的马克思主义信仰现状。调查显示,高校青年思政课教师队伍的马克思主义信仰水平总体良好,但部分教师存在信仰弱化甚至缺失现象。要促使青年思政课教师做坚定的马克思主义信仰者,应从加强理论认知、培养深厚情怀、坚定理想信念、增加实践应用四个方面进行思考。By issuing the questionnaire“Marxist belief of young ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities”,50 full-time young ideological and political teachers from 10 colleges and universities in Anhui province were sampled and analyzed statistically.The investigation shows that the young ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities have a good level of Marxist belief,but some of them have weak or even lacking Marxist belief.In order to make the young ideological and political teachers become the firm believers of Marxism,we should strengthen the theoretical cognition,cultivate deep feelings,firm ideals and beliefs,and increase the practical application.
