摘　　要：公立医院文化是公立医院发展的重要精神支柱,也是公立医院宝贵的精神财富,更是有别于民营医院的重要特征。研究公立医院文化建设,要坚持公立医院的公益性,注重医院工作人员价值观和世界观的培养,将“以病人为中心”的发展理念贯穿整个文化体系建设当中,让公立医院文化成为促进公立医院健康发展的力量源泉。The culture of public hospitals is an important spiritual pillar for the development of public hospitals,and also a valuable spiritual wealth of public hospitals.It is also an important feature different from private hospitals.To study the cultural construction of public hospitals,it is necessary to adhere to the non-profit nature of public hospitals,pay attention to the cultivation of staffs'values and world outlook,and integrate the“patientcentered”concept throughout the cultural construction system,to make culture to be the promotion of the sound development of public hospitals.
