先天性单牙缺失的种植修复方法分析

摘　　要：目的分析先天性单牙缺失的种植修复方法。方法随机抽取30例先天性单牙缺失患者作为本次研究对象,病例起止时间2010年11月至2020年5月,30例患者按照治疗方法的差异性分为观察组以及对照组,各组患者15例。对照组治疗方法为单纯牙种植修复,观察组治疗方法为正畸治疗配合种植修复,比较两种修复方法的临床效果。结果①观察组患者进行治疗后总有效率为93.33%,对照组患者进行治疗后总有效率为73.33%,组间数据对比后P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;②治疗前比较观察组和对照组患者语言功能、咀嚼功能评分和美观评分,组间数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后比较观察组和对照组患者语言功能和咀嚼功能评分,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③观察组治疗后不良反应发生率6.67%,对照组治疗后不良反应发生率33.33%,对比组间数据差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论先天性单牙缺失患者采用牙体种植配合正畸疗法效果确切,可改善患者的有关功能。Objective to analyze implant restoration methods for congenital single tooth loss.Methods choose 30 patients with congenital single tooth loss from November 2010 to May 2020 as study objects.Divide them into observation group and control group according to difference of treatment methods randomly,15 cases in each group.Control group was treated with simple dental implant restoration,and observation group with orthodontic treatment combined with implant restoration.Compare clinical effect of two restoration methods.Results ①total effective rate of observation group was 93.33% after treatment,that of control group was 73.33% after treatment,data comparison between groups showed P<0.05,which was statistically significant;② before treatment,language function,mastication function and aesthetic scores between groups showed no statistical significance;after treatment,language function,mastication function and aesthetic scores between two groups showed statistical significance;③adverse reactions incidence after treatment in observation group was 6.67%,and that in control group was 33.33%.There were significant difference in data between two groups,which was statistically significant.Conclusion dental implants combined with orthodontic therapy can achieve definite effect for patients with congenital single tooth loss,and improve related functions of patients.
