中西医结合治疗对黏连性肠梗阻患者血清炎性因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的分析评价中西医结合治疗方式对黏连性肠梗阻患者血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法将本院2018年1月至2020年2月收治的208例黏连性肠梗阻患者作为本次研究的观察对象,随机将所有患者分为对照组与研究组各104例。对比评价两组患者临床治疗有效率、肠梗阻解除情况以及血清炎性因子水平。结果研究组患者治疗有效率(96.15%)与对照组(80.77%)比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。研究组患者排气时间、排便时间、腹痛消失时间以及气液平面消失时间与对照组比较存在明显差异(P<0.05);研究组患者血清治疗后第3天、第7天血清肿瘤坏死因子-α以及血清白细胞介素-6水平与对照组比较存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论在黏连性肠梗阻患者的临床治疗中应用中西医结合方式临床治疗有效率更高,同时能够明显降低患者血清炎性因子水平、缩短肠梗阻解除时间,临床应用效果更为显著。Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of integrated Traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment on the level of serum inflammatory factors in patients with cohesive ileus.Methods 208 patients with adhesive ileus admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the observation objects of this study.All patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 104 patients in each group.The effective rate of clinical treatment,relief of ileus and serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results There was a statistical difference in the effective rate between the study group (96.15%) and the control group (80.77%)(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the study group and the control group in exhaust time,defecation time,abdominal pain disappearance time and gas-liquid plane disappearance time (P<0.05).The serum levels of tumor necrosis factor and interleukin-6 in the study group were significantly different from those in the control group on day 3 and 7 after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the clinical treatment of patients with intestinal obstruction is more effective,and can significantly reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,shorten the relief time of intestinal obstruction,the clinical application effect is more significant.
