摘  要:目的从学生角度出发,对湘南学院医学部2016年起实行的"医学+X"辅修双学位复合型人才培养模式的效果进行评价,并为地方应用型大学进一步推行"医学+X" 辅修双学位复合型人才培养教学改革提供依据。方法教育环境评估量表(DREEM)测量学生对教学改革后教育环境的满意度,采用自编问卷对现状和存在的问题进行探索。结果调查显示,参加"医学+X"辅修双学位的学生的教育环境满意度总得分为(141.73±25.5)分,得分率为70.87%。学生对辅修双学位教育比较满意。结论 "医学+X"辅修双学位复合型人才培养模式得到学生的肯定,取得一定成果,且符合新医科背景下医疗卫生事业对复合型人才的需求。Objective Xiangnan University Health Science Center has carried out "Medical +X" minor in double degree complex talent training mode since 2016.The aim of this paper is to study the effect of the reform of this training model from the perspective of students,and provide the factual basis and theoretical support for this training model in local applied universities.Methods Dundee Ready Education Environment Measure(DREEM),an environmental assessment scale,was adopted to measure the students’ satisfaction degree of the educational environment.A self-designed questionnaire was used to explore the current situation and existing problems.Results The overall score of DREEM is (141.73±25.5) with a scoring rating of 70.87%.Students were satisfied with this training model.Conclusion It demonstrates that the new talent training model has got the students’ approval,achieved certain results,and met the requirement of inter-disciplinary talent under the background of The New Medical.
